I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and bright, especially the ones at Pensees. However, my room at the back was a bit dark. The service was exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. The location was convenient to restaurants and gelato spots, and not in the middle of the tourist crowd. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially sitting outside in front of the church. However, the price was a bit high for what was offered.
